Hi, I’m Sandra. I’m a personal trainer with over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry. I have extensive experience of working with young adults and men and women of all ages.
My approach to personal training means we work on your physical and mental health together, building healthy habits into your lifestyle, one day at a time, which you’ll retain long-term.
