Looking for a gym near you? We’re a spacious newly refurbished state of the art gym close to Leighton Buzzard and Wing, with the latest techno gym equipment, free weights, over 35 fitness classes and more. Our helpful staff are ready to lend a hand, and we also have app based workouts you can follow to get the best out of your workout!

You can choose from Liscombe Health Club’s no-contract membership options. We also don’t charge a joining fee.

We also have dedicated personal trainers who offer specialist and tailored guidance, each with a unique training background and experience in the industry. With their guidance you should expect to reach your health and fitness goals at a faster rate with the extra knowledge and support they provide.

If there’s a muscle you want to work, we’ve got a machine for it! Our large range of fixed resistance equipment is suitable for beginners due to the assistance the machines offer, removing some of the stress on the bodies stabilising muscles. All with easy to use and adjustable handles, along with diagrams of the exercise and the body parts being activated when completing the exercise.

WEIGHTS

Weight training is likely to be an important part of your fitness journey; improving strength, enhancing your quality of life, and improving your ability to do day-to-day activities. Help to manage your weight by increasing your metabolism through building muscle. And why not try to inject a little fun into your gym routine with our slam balls and sandbags! Our friendly fitness team are on hand ready to help and advise at all times.
