Does everyone in my party have to book to view the soft play?
Yes, all members of the party must be booked in. The soft play is in a separate area and cannot be seen from the café seating. Our enclosed soft play has a viewing gallery where you can interact with your little ones as they play. We also have capacity limits, so please ensure everyone wanting to attend the soft play is booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
Do you have disabled and pram access?
Unfortunately the soft play area is located on a first floor with stair access only, therefore, regretfully not suitable for disabled users and prams.
What age is the soft play suitable for?
Our farm yard themed soft play is aimed at kids 5 years and younger, and would discourage kids from 6 and above as they may find the space too small/not stimulating enough.
What food is available?
We have currently have bakery products such as brownies/cookies, other bakery products, crisps and snack bars. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any other food options at this point.
What drinks are available?
We have freshly ground coffee and smooth hot chocolate! We also offer a range of cold soft drinks, kids options and smoothies.
How long is my booking for?
Each booking is for 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, if the soft play is quiet you are welcome to stay and play!
Do I need to bring anything along?
We will ask for your name and if necessary your booking email confirmation, so please have this available for us to view. Other than that we just need you and your little ones!
Can I book a party/exclusive soft play booking?
Yes! You will find this option available to you on the soft play booking platform. This will entitle you to 2 hours of exclusive hire of the soft play area. Please note this does not include café hire as this area is always open for our Health Club members.
What is the dress code?
Everyone in the soft play area must remove their shoes and keep their socks on, and shorts are not allowed. We also advise wearing something with long sleeves, however, this isn’t mandatory.
