Our café is open to members of the Health Club and the public. We sell a selection of drinks including coffee, tea, protein shakes and grab and go drinks. We also offer a variety of food and snack options for all ages.

We offer a range of delicious barista style hot and cold drinks all made by our trained café team as well as homemade protein shakes using innermost protein, smoothies and grab and go drinks for all ages.
BAKERY
Enjoy a selection of bakes including homemade cookies and Swedish oat balls. Gluten free options are available.
FOOD
We offer a selection of food and snacks including pizza, bagels. granola, ice cream, fruit pots and grab and go snacks. There are snack options suitable for all ages. Our ice cream is locally sourced from Mursley Farm shop. We offer a range of flavours from your traditional chocolate, vanilla and strawberry to Oreo, Nutella, Ferrero Roche and more, with dairy & gluten free flavours available.
