AQUA CLASSES

Improve your fitness without stressing your joints in our aqua classes. This low impact workout helps you burn calories, relieve stress and improves your sense of wellbeing. The water is a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain, stiffness, and improve your flexibility whilst having fun!
