Yes! We can get you booked in for a club tour with one of the team, to book this appointment please call us on 01296 682281. If you are unable to get through, you can still come into the club and we would be happy to show you around on the day.

Is there a Minimum Age to Sign Up For Memberships?

The minimum age for memberships is 18 years old.

Do you have a Spa Area?

With all the membership options you are entitled to free use of our sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.



Before Your First Visit

Are there Changing Rooms and Lockers?

We have 2 sets of changing rooms, one for the dry-side use for activities such as classes or use of the gym and a second set next to the pool.

The changing rooms are equipped with showers and lockers. The lockers require a padlock, you can bring your own or we have them available to buy on site.

Do I Need An Induction?

You don’t need an induction to use our facilities. If you would like a program to use in the gym you will find ones we have created on your membership app under the ‘workouts’ tab. Here you will find some beginner full body sessions and some more advanced options for those of you who have more experience training in a gym setting.

Will There Be Staff To Help Me?

We have staff on site at all times and they are there to help our members. If you need some help with some equipment or need some advice, our staff will be there for you.

How Do I Book Classes?

Download our FitSense App! There you will be able to view our full timetable and book into any of the classes. Classes can be booked up to 72 hours in advance and are released each morning at 7am.

If you become unable to attend a class you’ve booked please cancel your session on the app or by calling us. Those on the waiting list can then be notified as early as possible that there is a space.
