Hi, I’m Rob and I am a highly motivated and devoted personal trainer.
I began my journey in the fitness industry in 2012 when my little boy became critically ill.
Up until then I had been an unfit, overweight estate agent but I realised to help him, I had to first help myself, so started running.
I covered short distances in the beginning to raise money for the charities supporting us, but I soon got the bug and found I was doing it for myself and the head space it afforded me.
I got into weight training a couple of years after, finding it helps with muscle tone and weight loss.
After going on this massive lifestyle journey myself, I realised I had a lot to offer and wished to share it with others, empowering them to reach their health and fitness goals.
I have been a personal trainer now for a number of years and love what I do, no matter what your goals are, together we can achieve them!
