At LHC we care about your health, fitness and mental wellbeing. We offer holistic classes and encourage swimming and relaxation in our spa, all proven to improve moods, reduce anxiety and relieve stress.

SWIM

Swimming is an effective way to relieve stress and loosen both your body and your mind. The sensation of lightness, weightlessness, massage and awareness of the body triggered by water allows you to eliminate physical tensions, contractions and pain, while experiencing physical and psychological relaxation.

SPA

Make time for yourself and enjoy a sauna, jacuzzi or steam room in our adult only spa.

Holistic Classes

Our classes at LHC are for any one of any experience. Our holistic classes consist of Yoga, Pilates and Body Balance taught by a team of highly qualified instructors who are there to support you every step of the way along your health and fitness journey. Whether you’re looking to improve your flexibility, mental wellbeing or socialise with other like minded people we’re here for you.
